• Continue to facilitate STEP Committee (Successful Transition to Employment Partnerships) to promote successful transition planning for students

• Support providers in the development and implementation of services that encourage community employment

• Work with providers in surrounding communities to further Employment First Initiative

• Promote technology as a way to support individuals already involved with community employment

•Assist people with developmental disabilities in finding and maintaining community employment by developing outcomes that are built on their strengths and desires
